Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

  • Customized, personalized or final-sale items cannot be returned unless faulty.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please log in to your account, go to “My Orders”, select the order and click “Return Item” (or contact our customer service).

  • Pack the item safely (ideally in the original box) and ship it to:
    Futbol Apparel Returns Department

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method—you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we’ll notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank).

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

4. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer automatic exchanges. If you wish to exchange, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order number. We will cover the return shipping and either send a replacement or issue a full refund.

6. Non-returnable Items

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”.

  • Personalized/customized items (unless faulty).

  • Gift cards.

7. International Returns

  • For international orders: you may return items to our UK/Nigeria/… warehouse (depending on your region).

  • You are responsible for return shipping, customs duties or import-related costs.

8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

  • EU customers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days from receipt, without giving any reason. Return shipping is borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.
