We offer a free shipping option to all of our products, and orders can take up to 7 days to be dispatched for shipping (this varies based on factors such as personalisation, stock-checking and holiday seasons). We prioritize the quality of each product before shipping. Furthermore, restocking certain products may be necessary before being able to ship orders. Our team conducts thorough quality checks to ensure that every item meets our standards.
When your order is dispatched for shipping, we will send you a tracking number and carrier ID via email automatically to make sure you can track your order as it’s on its way.

Note on personalised items: If an item has been ordered with custom number and lettering or badges, it may take extra time to be dispatched for delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Please retain the original packing slip or order confirmation for reference. It’s important to send pictures and even videos of the items received for this reason, when requesting a return via email.

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. Please check the product description in the case of any extra return eligibility details for certain products.
Refund Timeframe
When you receive an item, you have a 14-day window to request a refund. Refunds are typically processed within 3 - 5 business days after a refund request has been received for the item. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
Refund or Replacement
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or send out a replacement, as per your preference and the availability of the item.
